What awaits you
- Advise and support managers as well as employees on operational People matters.
- Act as a trusted partner for teams in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, in both French and German.
- Independently manage and monitor all People processes.
- In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, support recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting on-site interviews.
- Identify talents and actively contribute to their development.
- Support change processes while fostering a positive corporate culture.
- Participate in People projects, propose new ideas, and contribute to their implementation.
- Analyse HR data to derive relevant measures tailored to business needs.
What you bring
- A basic commercial education complemented by a federal diploma as a human resources specialist, or a higher education degree with a specialisation in human resources.
- Professional experience in a similar role, as well as genuine ease in creating and developing trusting relationships.
- A strong "People Value Creation" orientation, combined with empathy, flexibility, and good cross-functional thinking skills.
- A keen interest in proven technologies as well as new tools, including artificial intelligence, SuccessFactors, and SAP.
- Good knowledge of English and availability for travel throughout Switzerland.
