Our institution has developed over time into a modern center for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social education sector with a diverse range of services. Around 240 people work in the areas of special school, boarding school, therapy, integrative special education measures, services, and administration.
The area for integrative special education measures (ISM) supports around 100 children and adolescents in the regular schools of Wasseramt (excluding Zuchwil) in the canton of Solothurn.
To complement our ISM teams, we are looking for a
Special Education Teacher Integration (ISM), 50-100%, starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Actively participate
- As a school special education teacher, you accompany children and adolescents with impairments and/or difficulties in the areas of learning, development, and behavior in regular school
- Diagnostic assessment and individual, integrative support of children and adolescents
- Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team and with the guardians
- Plan and implement motivating and goal-oriented remedial teaching
- Advisory function towards parents, school, and authorities
