With an apprenticeship as a draughtsperson at AFRY Switzerland AG, you set the course for your professional future. We offer you a varied and challenging training in the exciting world of an engineering company.

During four years, you will gain interesting insights into various specialised areas of construction as well as new digital working methods and complete your apprenticeship with a federal vocational diploma.

From August 2027, we have a vacant apprenticeship position at our branch in Brig:

DRAUGHTSPERSON SPECIALISING IN CIVIL ENGINEERING EFZ - BRIG

During the training, you will learn, among other things, the following activities:

• Creating plans in 2D and 3D in structural engineering (including public buildings, residential houses, earthquake reinforcements, industrial buildings)
• Creating plans in 2D and 3D in civil engineering (railway construction, road construction, bridge construction, infrastructure buildings)
• Collaboration with civil engineers and assistance with construction inspections
• Construction site internship of at least 2 weeks, earliest in the 4th semester

For the apprenticeship, you preferably bring the following profile:

• Completed orientation school (Level I or very good Level II)
• Interests/strengths in geometry, mathematics and physics
• Enjoyment of technical drawing and precise work
• Good spatial imagination
• Motivation for construction and working on a laptop
