Senior Business Analyst - Digital Pension Provision / UX/UI / Testing / 100% / Zurich
Project For a demanding project at a leading Swiss bank, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to further develop the digital pension provision portfolio.
The focus is on digital solutions related to pension provision and investments, such as Pillar 3a, vested benefits, and securities investments. You will take on a central role at the interface between the business unit, product management, UX/UI, and development, accompanying requirements from initial analysis through to implementation and acceptance.

Tasks:

• Analysis and specification of requirements for digital pension provision and investment solutions
• Further development of the digital pension provision portfolio from the end customer’s perspective
• Development of independent solution proposals and professional concepts
• Conducting workshops with requirement providers, product management, and business units
• Creation and further development of features, user stories, and specifications
• Creation of GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists
• Support of technical implementation in close cooperation with development
• Planning and execution of testing and professional acceptance
• Ensuring quality and correct implementation of requirements
• Collaboration in an agile, interdisciplinary environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business engineering or business analysis
• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector
• Solid experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions, or digital advisory solutions
• Good knowledge of requirements analysis and specification
• Experience with methods such as BPMN, GUI prototyping, and story maps
• Experience in agile organisations, ideally with SAFe
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Figma or comparable prototyping tools
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders

  English: Business fluent B1
