The Rohrdorferberg-Mutschellen Immobilien AG and Bieri Verwaltungs AG are two regionally rooted property management companies with many years of experience in managing condominium ownership.

Since January 2026, we have been working as a joint team at our location at Bremgarterstrasse 3 in Widen. Personal support, short decision-making paths and uncomplicated collaboration characterise us.

Your tasks

To support our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person who would like to gain initial experience in the real estate industry.

Your tasks include in particular:

• General administrative work
• Support of our property managers
• Participation in the digitalisation of our administration
• Support in the introduction of our new owner portal
• Preparation and organisation of owners' meetings
• Booking of meeting rooms and restaurants
• Correspondence and telephone enquiries
• Contact with owners, craftsmen and external offices
• Filing and digitalisation of documents
• General office organisation

What you bring

• Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Very good knowledge of German
• Reliable and independent working style
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Interest in the real estate industry
• Motivation to learn new things

Experience in the real estate industry is not required. Careful training is a matter of course for us.
