About the job
Attached to the Human Resources department, the Occupational Health Management Service (SGSE) is tasked with taking care of employees' health by offering and ensuring a healthy and safe working environment and conditions.
100% Administrative Assistant
Your duties
- Provide quality reception, identify needs and direct employees of RHNe, affiliated companies as well as anyone requesting the service
- Plan and coordinate appointments for the multidisciplinary team
- Independently manage the administrative follow-up of consultations and summons
- Receive, prioritise and monitor requests, deadlines and necessary reminders
- Research necessary information and provide reliable and appropriate responses
- Ensure data entry, scanning, filing and management of documents and mail
- Support the SGSE team in their activities and projects, and contribute to continuous improvement
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, medical secretary diploma or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Perfect command of the French language (spoken and written) and good writing skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital environment is an asset
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
