Customer Advisor / Area Manager* in Building Cleaning (Zurich)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the care of a defined customer base as well as the leadership and development of your employees
• You work according to the specifications agreed with your Service Centre Manager, with the aim of maintaining, further developing and expanding the market position
• You manage our services personnel-wise, commercially and technically (carrying out quality controls using the CogruApp), deployment planning, object organisation as well as support with new implementations

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed training and have professional experience in the building cleaning trade or hospitality
• You have already gained leadership experience and are proficient in using MS Office products as well as confident in handling digital work tools
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• You are highly service-oriented, have a confident manner and are an organisational talent
