General information
For our clinic in Ecublens we are looking immediately or by agreement for a:
Orthodontic Assistant M/F
Ecublens Permanent contract
TASKS
- Assisting the practitioner during orthodontic consultations and treatments
- Creating clinical documentation (photographs, impressions/scans according to protocols)
- Taking radiographs in compliance with current standards
- Performing treatments and preparations in the mouth as part of orthodontic treatments
- Monitoring and supporting patients undergoing aligner treatment
- Informing and raising patient awareness about prophylaxis and oral hygiene measures
- Welcoming, managing and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Preparing and maintaining orthodontic-specific equipment
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and sterilisation protocols
PROFILE
- Federal Certificate of Competence as a Dental Assistant (AP training is a plus)
- Several years of professional experience as a dental assistant in orthodontics
- Meticulous, you have a very good ability to organise and plan your work according to priorities and constraints
- Team spirit, you demonstrate flexibility to best serve the patients
