The Commercial Clients team in Willisau is responsible for the expert advice and support of our customers in credit, investment, pension, and financial matters. We are looking for a professionally and personally convincing personality to lead this team.Team Leader: Commercial Clients (m/f/d)
Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- you lead a team of five client advisors both professionally and personally
- you manage and develop your own credit portfolio and advise your commercial clients and their representatives on all financing matters (operating, investment, and mortgage financing)
- you are the contact person for investment and pension matters and involve internal specialists if necessary
- you assess complex financing applications including credit decisions within your own authority
- you actively engage in realising existing potential and acquiring new clients
- you continuously monitor risks in your own client portfolio and support client advisors on risk issues
- you represent LUKB at events, in clubs, or on committees within the market area
What you bring with you
- you have banking professional training and further education (HFBF, professional certificate or similar)
- you have been successfully working as a client advisor in the commercial client sector for several years
- you think and act entrepreneurially, can inspire a team and motivate them to excellent performance
- at the same time, you are goal-oriented, communicate fluently, and have pleasant manners
- ideally, you have already proven your leadership qualities as a deputy or team leader and want to further develop them
- your personal connection to the Willisau market area is an additional plus
