Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a practical technical advisory role in the construction environment. You will be on site with customers, specialist dealers, and on construction sites, supporting the selection, processing, and introduction of modern construction products.
Responsibilities:
Accompany processors and specialist partners with technical questions regarding construction applications
Develop suitable approaches and application solutions for specific projects
Provide professional support directly on construction sites and clarify processing issues on site
Prepare and conduct practical seminars, product demonstrations, and training for customers
Provide professional support during the introduction of new products and support their application in the market
Manage exhibition areas at specialist dealer partners and ensure their presentation
Support regional managers with technical customer concerns and projects
Systematically record and pass on experiences and feedback from the market
Document customer and project data in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Technical training as a carpenter, joiner or comparable craft background
Interest in further professional development in facade and drywall construction
Practical understanding of construction processes and craft applications
Enjoy conveying technical knowledge clearly and practically
Good user knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
Independent and organised working style
Confident manner in dealing with customers and specialist partners
Very good German language skills
Willingness to regularly visit customers and construction sites
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
