Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire operational and strategic HRM including vocational training, payroll, social insurance, and year-end tasks
• Sparring partner for the CEO (direct reporting) and the management as well as the leadership team
• Management of recruitment processes and support of employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Responsibility for personnel budget, HR controlling, reporting, and annual salary review
• Optimisation, digitalisation, and further development of HR processes

Your Profile

• HR professional training with several years of experience in operational HR topics or comparable
• Leadership experience as well as expertise in payroll processing and/or as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Flexible personality with a structured and pragmatic working style
• High quality awareness and strong communication and consulting skills
• Native German speaker or very good knowledge, English skills desired
• Proficient in IT systems and flair for digital tools
