For the Seewen-Schwyz location, we are looking to complete our team immediately or by arrangement with an experienced individual as

Application Manager (m/f) 80-100%

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• The following challenges make the position exciting and varied. Operation, monitoring and technical parameterisation of the various applications assigned to you (Finnova, mammut LION, various in-house developments)
• 1st and 2nd level support for incidents and change requests
• Needs assessment with key stakeholders such as managers, end users and external providers (such as fintechs)
• Coordination of improvement and automation measures
• Conducting tests and ensuring proper functioning according to requirements
• Conducting internal user training in the area of the applications you are responsible for
• Setting priorities for the implementation of business requirements in consultation with the business units
• Participation in projects

Your profile:

• Trustworthy and solution-oriented personality with an affinity for IT
• Commercial basic training in the financial sector with further education in business informatics, finance, business administration or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in the field of "Application Management"
• Knowledge in business analysis and of the Finnova banking system or banking in general is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, quick comprehension as well as a structured and considered approach to implementation
• Very high quality awareness, independent working style and ability to work in a team
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
