The Directorate of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work (Directorate PTS) is looking for a service-oriented and committed individual for the Heads of Nursing and Competence Centre, starting February 2027 or by arrangement, at the Lenggstrasse location.

Your Tasks
- Support the Heads of Nursing and Competence Centre in all administrative and organisational matters
- Organisation of meetings, committees and events including preparation and follow-up
- Writing minutes and tracking the action item list
- Management of various filing systems
- Preparation of various evaluations
- Collaboration with other administrative teams within the PUK
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training and experience in a similar position
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong professional, social and personal competence as well as discretion
- Independent, efficient and service-oriented working style with pronounced interconnected thinking and acting
- Solid IT skills
- Qualification as a vocational trainer and experience in training commercial apprentices is an advantage
