Your tasks

• Carrying out packaging material and release inspections of finished products (packaging)
• Performing start-up checks and IPC inspections in filling/packaging
• Acceptance of plant components
• Management of measuring equipment and carrying out inspections
• Conducting and evaluating temperature monitoring
• Sampling and evaluation of room and water monitoring
• Double-checking raw data and documents (packaging materials, packaging, monitoring, measuring equipment)
• Creation of test sheets and specifications
• Creation of SOPs and work instructions (APV)
• Assistance in the creation and review of manufacturing instructions
• Initiation and processing of OOS, deviation reports and changes

Our requirements

• Ideally completed training as a laboratory technician or CTA – alternatively, completed technical or commercial training and interest in laboratory processes possible
• Practical experience in quality control in a GMP environment
• Experience in production operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry
• Confident handling of MS Office
• LIMS and SAP knowledge advantageous
• Languages: German spoken and written, English spoken and written advantageous
• Structured and precise way of working
• Independence, flexibility, ability to work in a team
• Resilience, personal commitment
• Analytical thinking and high quality awareness
• Willingness for on-call duty and shift work
