For our branch in Dietlikon, we are looking for a

Deputy Branch Manager 80% (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the overall sales success of your Magic X branch

• Ensuring service- and sales-oriented customer advice
• Leading employees in the absence of the branch manager
• Supporting personnel deployment planning
• Analysing sales figures and initiating appropriate measures
• Co-responsibility for a perfect appearance and optimal product availability
• Coordination with the purchasing department for quantity disposition, out-of-stock sales, new products, etc.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in retail
• Several years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibility
• Customer-oriented and well-groomed appearance
• Precise, structured and careful way of working
• Willingness to take on a role model function and take initiative
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
• Flexibility regarding working hours and days as well as willingness to work weekends
