Development and testing of new software concepts as well as creation of prototypes to evaluate innovative solution approaches
Design and implementation of powerful Java applications within an agile development team
Continuous further development of existing products through technical improvements, code optimisation, and sustainable maintenance
Analysis of technical challenges and development of efficient solutions considering current technology trends
Active participation in reviews, professional exchange, and the further development of development standards and software solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science or a comparable technical qualification
Solid practical experience in Java development as well as understanding of modern software development methods
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a structured manner
High willingness to learn, enthusiasm for innovation, and interest in critically questioning existing technologies and solution approaches
Team-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking, initiative, and enjoyment in jointly developing new ideas
