In this role, you take on a central function in the further development of our internal communication and ensure that content is clear, target group-oriented, and effective in both languages. A special focus is on communication in French; you move confidently in a bilingual environment and actively contribute your linguistic strength.
You can expect a varied task with a lot of personal responsibility, room for new ideas, and the opportunity to further develop existing communication formats and set new impulses. For this permanent position, we are looking for a committed personality with a feel for languages, people, and POS topics.Responsibilities:
- You design and are responsible for internal communication for our sales areas, focusing on clear, effective content directly at the POS
- You bring our messages into the stores and ensure that content is linguistically and substantively consistent
- You develop creative and target group-oriented content for our employee app and create attention and engagement in sales with your posts
- You plan and coordinate cross-departmental topics around POS communication and implement them in a structured manner
- You prepare content for presentations and leadership formats and convey complex topics clearly and concisely
- You analyze key figures and feedback from the stores and derive concrete optimizations for our internal communication
- You have completed commercial or retail-related training and/or have a university of applied sciences degree
- You can effectively use various MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a retail company, preferably in internal communication
- Your French is stylistically confident in spoken and written form; additional knowledge of German is a big plus
- You appear confident, can convincingly represent your ideas, and find the right words even in exchange with different stakeholders
- You approach others openly, enjoy working in a team, and build trust in exchange with a hands-on mentality
