A commercial basic education is a prerequisite for this interesting job. Initial professional experience in an administrative activity in internal service, ideally in the telecommunications sector, is an advantage. You are proficient in handling MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). Fluent German skills are a must, very good French skills (spoken and written) are essential. Other languages (Italian, English) are a plus.
You will take on the following tasks:
- Order processing including data entry in internal systems and provider tools
- Timely processing of telephone as well as written enquiries
- Active support of the B2B sales team
- Handling telephone concerns including active complaint management
- Customer support regarding device orders, repairs, information on contract details etc. in German and French
