About the job
- You will gain insight into the areas of Technical Service, Marketing, Internal Sales, IT and regional advisory services
- Additionally, you will expand your knowledge in the production plants as well as at the UFA Bühl research facility
- You will apply the acquired knowledge in independent tasks and take on the first position in our company after a maximum of 12 months. A permanent position as Head of Advisory Service is aimed for after the trainee programme
- You have completed agricultural training and further education
- You are open and flexible regarding changes of workplace within Switzerland
- You have a confident appearance and a healthy degree of assertiveness
- You have an affinity for sales and advisory activities
- Your mother tongue is German with good spoken French skills
- Minimum age: 23 years
- A structured, one-year training programme including a sales course
- Tailored training and further education programmes from fenaco competent
- Interesting, valuable network
- A broad UFA knowledge
