Your tasks
During your training you will get to know the versatile tasks of psychiatric nursing. These include, among others:
- Supporting and assisting patients in psychological crisis situations
- Building and shaping professional therapeutic relationships
- Participating in key worker duties
- Participating in and shaping nursing conversations and group offers
- Collaboration in the interprofessional treatment team
- Shaping a safe and appreciative ward environment
- Gradually taking on responsibility in everyday nursing care
Your profile
You are an open, empathetic and eager-to-learn personality with an interest in psychiatric nursing.
In addition, you bring the following requirements:
- Completed vocational training EFZ, FMS or Maturity according to HF admission requirements
- Enjoyment in contact with people
- Interest in mental illnesses and psychiatric nursing
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop personally
- Team spirit, ability to reflect and resilience
- Openness to new experiences and learning processes
