Clerk Purchasing & Warehouse Management HVAC - Filtration Technology (100%)

Tasks:

• In this versatile hub role, you ensure that materials, schedules, and stock levels are correct and that the project and installation teams are optimally supported at all times.
• Purchasing: Independent procurement of HVAC materials, filtration technology, and other building services components
• Supplier management: Obtaining and comparing quotes as well as conducting price and condition negotiations
• Schedule monitoring: Ensuring timely material availability and tracking of open orders
• Warehouse management: Responsibility for the internal warehouse including inventory control, reordering, and stocktaking
• Goods receipt and issue: Checking incoming deliveries, recording in the ERP system, and preparing materials for installation
• Coordination: Close collaboration with project managers, suppliers, and installation personnel

Profile:

• You know the world of building technology and understand how important functioning material procurement and warehouse organisation are for successful projects.
• Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or building services
• Alternatively, a commercial basic education with solid technical understanding and experience in building technology
• Professional experience in purchasing, material procurement, or warehouse management, ideally within the HVAC/building services or construction industry
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and experience with a common ERP system
• Organisational talent, negotiation skills, and an independent, reliable working style
• Enjoyment of a versatile role with a lot of personal responsibility
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
• Work location Greater Zug region
