Responsibilities:
- Programming and commissioning of PLC controls (Siemens S7, TIA Portal,
- Development of HMI user interfaces for automation systems
- Analysis and optimisation of existing control programmes
- Troubleshooting, fault rectification and maintenance of control systems
- Support during the commissioning of automation projects on site at the customer
- Collaboration with the project team to develop customised solutions
Qualifications:
- Completed training or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable field
- Solid knowledge in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Step 7/TIA Portal, Beckhoff)
- Experience in the development and implementation of HMI systems (e.g. WinCC, FactoryTalk)
- Willingness to travel (Switzerland) and work on site at the customer
