Co-educator as a Floater, 40-60%

Your Tasks

• Co-responsibility for the individual support and promotion of children in mixed-age groups (from three months to kindergarten entry)
• Participation and co-design of the daily routine with play, activities and care
• Collaboration with other staff (early childhood, therapies etc.), if necessary

Your Profile

• Qualification as a childcare specialist EFZ children or other completed basic training
• Joy in work and loving interaction with all children
• Responsible, attentive and curious
• Organisational talent and structured working method
• Reliable team player
• Open to learning together
• Humorous and pragmatic
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
