Sous Chef (m/f/d) 100% - No Room Hour

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Sous Chef for a versatile catering operation in the Zurich region. The position combines leadership responsibility, high-quality production, and an exciting event environment. Particularly attractive are the regulated workflows without room hour as well as the opportunity to take on responsibility in a professional and modern environment.

Responsibilities

* Co-responsibility for the organisation and management of kitchen operations

* Ensuring timely and high-quality food production

* Leading, supporting, and promoting the kitchen team in daily business

* Responsibility for the preparation and execution of events, banquets, and restaurant service

* Optimising processes and ensuring efficient workflows

* Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance

* Consistent implementation of hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP

Profile

* Completed training as a cook EFZ or EBA

* Several years of experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef

* Experience in banquet, event, or large kitchen catering is an advantage

* Structured and solution-oriented working style

* High quality and service orientation

* Leadership skills and organisational talent

* Good German language skills, spoken and written

* Flexibility and willingness to take responsibility
