Specifically?

In this cross-functional role, you will establish financial analyses, detailed reports, developing and implementing new tools to increase the transparency of financial data, contribute to strategic decision-making by management, and improve the company's financial performance.
By analyzing budget variances, you will identify action potentials, propose corrective measures, and implement them.
In collaboration with colleagues, you will develop the bank's management information system.
As a Business Partner, you will maintain regular contact with other departments; you will identify their reporting needs and support them towards efficiency with the aim of standardizing reports and exploiting synergies.

This position is for you if…

You have a higher education degree in economics or finance (a specialization in controlling would be an asset) and bring solid experience in controlling – ideally in the banking sector.
With a sharp mind, you stand out for your analytical skills and bring in-depth knowledge of planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting methods and practices.
Curious personality, you are comfortable with IT tools (including Power BI) and your strong communication skills in French and German allow you to build trust as well as develop common solutions effectively.
