Tasks
- Adolescent-appropriate care, support, and promotion in the developmental tasks of young people
- Ensuring shift operations and shaping the station environment
- Supporting young people in practical life tasks, daily structure, and leisure in close collaboration with care
- Promoting young people in the development of social and emotional skills
- Developing an individual social pedagogical support plan with those affected and promoting its implementation in everyday life involving parents / caregivers
- Proactive collaboration in the interprofessional core and treatment team
- Coordination, leadership, and evaluation of milieu and social therapeutic groups
- Providing security for young people in acute crisis situations
Profile
- Successful completion of studies in social pedagogy (HF/FH/University) (Recognition certificate for foreign diplomas)
- Ideally experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and/or in youth homes
- Ability to handle conflicts and enthusiasm as well as a conscientious and efficient working style
- Maintaining one's own ability to act in acute crisis situations
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and a sense of humor
