Head of the Office of Justice (Lawyer or Attorney)

70% to 100% workload

Your tasks

• Overall management of the Office of Justice (technical, organisational and personnel)
• Lead role in legislative projects in civil, criminal and administrative law
• Responsibility for central sovereign tasks (naturalisations, name changes, civil status)
• Preparation of government business and strategic decision bases
• Handling of complex appeal procedures

Requirements

• University degree in law (MLaw), ideally with a practising certificate
• Several years of professional experience in public law
• Leadership experience or proven project management competence
• Confident written and oral expression (legal language)
• Strong political acumen and pragmatic solution orientation
• Analytical strength and decisiveness
