Leading and further developing a software development team according to the servant leadership principle
Conducting interviews, feedback and development discussions as well as promoting individual employee development
Optimising team capacities, utilisation and performance for continuous improvement of collaboration
Active participation in software development projects and taking on an appropriate technical or agile role
Promoting a modern development culture and accompanying improvement and change processes
Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
Experience in software development with .NET or Java
Initial experience in leadership, team management or agile roles such as Scrum Master
Strong communication and coaching skills and enjoyment in developing teams
Fluent German skills, good English skills and an agile, dynamic mindset
