Evangelical Church of the Italian language of Zurich - Waldensian

The Evangelical Church of the Italian language of Zurich is a church of Waldensian tradition, which brings together about 350 evangelicals of various denominations, and is today integrated both in the Reformed Church of the Canton of Zurich and in the Waldensian Evangelical Church in Italy.
We cultivate community life with joy and commitment through worship services, Bible studies, adult catechism, Sunday school, diaconal and cultural activities. We have a significant core of committed and available volunteers, an active and efficient consistory.
We are looking for a pastor willing to live the ministry among us with passion and commitment, who cares about pastoral care, theologically founded preaching, and knows how to work in a team for the building up of the community. Mastery of spoken and written Italian is essential; a good knowledge of German (level B1) is also required. Other requirements are: a specialist degree in theology, ordination in a church that adheres to the Reformed Evangelical Church in Switzerland (CERiS) or other foreign evangelical churches.
The consistory will assist in finding accommodation in the canton of Zurich.
