Technical Sales & Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF81,900 - 91,000Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss company with extensive expertise in the development and manufacture of sophisticated electrotechnical components and system solutions. The products are used in various industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors. Role:
Do you want to combine your technical knowledge with international sales? As a Technical Sales & Export Clerk (m/f/d), you will take on a varied role with direct customer contact. You develop suitable solutions for customer concerns, accompany international business orders and contribute your expertise to exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
You support business partners from various countries with technical questions and find suitable solutions together with them.
You handle the commercial processing of customer concerns, prepare offers and accompany orders through to completion.
You assist in organising cross-border goods deliveries and support the corresponding shipping formalities.
You maintain regular communication with the international sales and export departments and ensure reliable coordination.
You manage customer-related projects and ensure professional and service-oriented collaboration.
Qualifications:
You have experience in technical customer support or internal sales and are familiar with the relevant business processes.
You have a technical or electrotechnical basic education with commercial further training.
You are interested in international trade and delivery processes and ideally have experience in export or transport.
You are familiar with common office applications as well as ERP and document management systems.
You communicate very well in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
You impress with organisational talent, an independent and careful working style, customer orientation, communication skills and enthusiasm for technical and sales-related tasks.
