The home economics courses for the secondary schools of the canton of Zurich are conducted by Strickhof. These three-week courses with boarding take place in various course centers in Switzerland.
As of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed personality for the school administration HWM in Affoltern am Albis.

As of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed personality for the school administration HWM in Affoltern am Albis.
Your main tasks:
- Support of the HWM school management in the areas of school development, personnel development, and organizational development
- Assumption of personnel leadership and related tasks
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating school development
- Maintenance of documentation and quality assurance
- Assumption of management functions and responsibility in the absence of the school management
- If interested, there is the possibility to additionally take on a teaching load

- Experience in process design and organizational development
- Experience in employee leadership
- Willingness to support the HWM school management regarding school development
- Assumption of administrative tasks of the HWM school management
- Positive, solution-oriented, and integral personality
- Flexibility regarding presence in the various course houses
- Teaching experience is an advantage
