Our residential area offers diversified living arrangements and is continuously developing with the aim of realising contemporary support and living forms for people with disabilities and thereby contributing to a high quality of life.
Your tasks
- You support people with disabilities in practical life activities such as household, nutrition and maintaining social contacts. Where appropriate, you are able to advise residents on psychosocial matters. In doing so, you encourage residents to be active themselves, to exercise self-determination and personal responsibility, and to participate in social life.
- Together with the residents, you plan attractive leisure activities and implement them.
- You act as a competent, reliable contact person for relatives and external agencies and promote constructive collaboration.
- You actively engage in the team and make a valuable contribution in your role for the whole.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a care specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or in social pedagogy.
- As a committed professional, you have sound expertise in the areas of empowerment, self-determination and participation or are willing to develop further in these fields. Skills in target-group-appropriate communication and other competencies that support access to participation complete your profile.
- You also have proven professional competence in the daily support of people with varying needs. You are flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including evening, night on-call and weekend shifts.
We offer
- We offer a varied, interesting and independent job as well as a pleasant working atmosphere. You will be part of a collegial team that shares your motivation to always provide residents with high-quality support.
- You have the opportunity to actively shape your role within an innovative and future-oriented organisation.
- You will also benefit from progressive employment conditions and very good social benefits.
