We are looking for a personality to take responsibility for our reception immediately or by arrangement. Do you enjoy contact with people and keep an overview when the phone rings, visitors arrive and questions arise? Then we look forward to getting to know you and welcoming you at our reception.

You are right in the middle of things here
• You welcome residents, relatives, guests and employees and represent our foundation as the first point of contact.
• You receive concerns and forward information specifically to the responsible departments.
• You organise the daily reception routine and carry out administrative tasks – independently and in exchange with the team.
• You coordinate the deployment planning at reception and support other administrative areas if required.
• You bring fresh ideas and take the initiative to simplify and improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.

What you bring with you
• You have a commercial education and bring professional experience. Experience at reception or in customer contact is an advantage.
• You bring empathy, "pep" and genuine interest in people in different life situations.
• You appear open and friendly and find the right tone even in lively situations.
• You think in a networked and forward-looking way, recognise needs and set priorities with discretion.
• You work reliably and flexibly, communicate confidently in German and are familiar with common IT applications.
