For the establishment and management of our new labour market measure EAR, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled and strong leadership personality for our Ostermundigen location from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as

Diaconis operates three business areas: living and care in old age, palliative care and professional integration. Our team comprises around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Biel.

On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis' labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job-seeking persons. One of these is the EAR measure (Assessment of labour market-relevant resources), a location assessment and potential clarification for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need for clarification of labour market-relevant skills and the integration potential for the labour market is to be assessed. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The referring agency is the regional employment centre (RAV).

Your tasks with us

• You lead the EAR labour market measure professionally and operationally and actively shape its development
• You ensure the successful implementation of the service mandate as well as the cantonal requirements and quality standards
• You lead, accompany and develop the professionals of the interdisciplinary team in their professional activity
• You ensure a high professional quality in case management, resource assessment, documentation and reporting
• You are the contact person for the cantonal client and ensure professional and reliable cooperation
• You are responsible for quality management as well as quality assurance and quality development of the AMM EAR
• You implement the specified quality instruments and jointly derive appropriate development measures with the client
• You prepare reports and performance records and ensure their timely submission
• You plan and accompany quality audits, evaluations and professional training of the team
• You actively contribute your professional and conceptual expertise to the further development of processes, quality standards and services

You bring the following with you

• You have a master’s degree (MSc or MA) in psychology, preferably with a focus on applied psychology, work and organisational psychology or a comparable psychological discipline
• You have at least three years of proven professional experience in the field of professional integration after completing your master’s degree
• You have solid experience in communication, case management, diagnostics and reporting
• You have at least three years of proven leadership experience
• You have experience in quality management as well as in quality assurance and quality development
• You have strong organisational and conceptual skills and enjoy taking responsibility
• You lead appreciatively, solution-oriented and with a clear eye for quality and professional standards
• You enjoy supporting and developing professionals and teams
• You have very good German or French language skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the other language is an advantage
• You have very good written expression skills and are confident in using digital tools
