The job that makes you happy:

• Professional expert advice and support for our customers via telephone and email regarding questions about the range and order processing
• Preparation of quotations as well as technical checking of orders
• Independent administration of orders (adjustments, cancellations, status enquiries)
• Handling of complaints in cooperation with internal departments and suppliers
• Documentation of customer concerns in the ERP system

The profile that makes us happy:

• Successfully completed commercial, technical or vocational training, ideally with a background as a sanitary installer
• At least 3 years of experience in administration or customer support in a technical environment
• Confident communication in German, good knowledge of French and English is an advantage
• Structured, customer-oriented working style and confident handling of IT systems
• Team-oriented and service-minded personality with a friendly, confident manner
• Responsible and conscientious working style and ambition to actively contribute to the further development of REUTER
