WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
Digitalisation and ICT
- You shape the digital development
You simplify existing processes, further develop digital workflows and ensure that our systems function efficiently, stably and user-friendly. You evaluate the right applications and implement them in a practical manner. - You ensure ICT operations
You lead and coordinate ICT support, manage the inventory and solve challenges independently or with our ICT partners – ensuring constant availability of the systems. - You support data protection and data security
You keep guidelines and instructions up to date and ensure they are adhered to.
Quality Management
- You further develop our quality management
You maintain, monitor and improve the QM system together with the process and document owners and link quality with practical implementation. - You are interested in further development
Proactive process design, risk management and strategic corporate development motivate you – you see yourself as a driving force and sparring partner. - You make quality visible and verifiable
You ensure that quality remains transparent, comprehensible and effective.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed training in ICT / quality management or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT management and quality management
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with IT infrastructures is an advantage
- Experience in social or healthcare sector is an advantage
- The ability to consider and coordinate the needs of numerous different stakeholders
- A humorous personality with an empathetic heart for encounters with residents
