As a central hub in the Project Management Office, you support our construction project managers with diverse and interconnected tasks. With your professional approach, you make an important contribution to efficient project execution and quality assurance.
Your tasks
- Project and administrative support for project managers (including minute-taking, appointment organisation, invoice control) as well as central contact point for external project participants
- Responsibility for defined process steps in the procurement and awarding procedure via DAHochbau and SIMAP up to the preparation of contract documents
- Support for project managers in cantonal processes, procedures and responsibilities as well as coordination of internal interfaces
- Cross-departmental tasks in internal communication and meeting organisation
- User and SuperUser support as well as management of work and specialist applications
- Further development of processes, methods and tools in the Project Management Office
Your profile
- Proactive, independent personality with a strong service orientation and quality awareness
- Training in commercial or comparable field with great interest in project management and the construction industry
- Networked thinking, strong communication skills and pronounced organisational talent
- Affinity for IT systems and confident use of the MS Office suite
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; good oral French skills are an advantage
