IT Systems Engineer SQL & Middleware

Contribute

• Operation and further development of Microsoft SQL Server as well as other administrative and medical applications
• Support and optimisation of interfaces between medical and non-medical systems
• Administration of Microsoft SQL databases including backup, restore, monitoring and performance analysis
• Creation of SQL queries, reports and PowerShell scripts for operational IT management
• Analysis and resolution of faults across application, interface and database levels
• Gradual assumption of additional responsibility within the framework of long-term succession planning with diverse technical development opportunities
• Participation in IT projects as well as taking part in the rotating on-call service, currently approximately every eight weeks

Bring along

• IT training or several years of experience in operating complex IT system landscapes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server as well as experience in creating and optimising SQL queries
• Experience with ERP, administrative or business-critical applications; OPALE knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with interfaces, middleware or system integrations
• Knowledge of PowerShell as well as monitoring, backup or reporting solutions
• Independent, structured and service-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Very good German skills, at least level C1
