As an Executive Assistant, you are more than just support – you are a driving force behind the scenes who thinks along, organizes, drives forward, and follows up.
- Supporting the executive management in daily operational business
- Involvement in compliance issues, organization and maintenance of confidential data and documents, research and preparation of information
- Organization and coordination of events and trips for the executive management
What it takes
- A commercial basic education or a comparable qualification – with a solid foundation for administrative tasks
- Experience in an assistant role at the C-level is required
- High reliability, discretion, and a customer-oriented attitude – combined with professional appearance and strong social skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are a must
- Confident handling of MS365 platforms, especially SharePoint
