As TEAM LEADER ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE in our new wood fibre insulation board plant, you will be responsible for the development and optimisation of maintenance processes as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the production facilities, which run around the clock. In close cooperation with production management and the mechanical maintenance team, you and your small team will always ensure high quality and availability of the production equipment.

Your tasks

• Leading the electrical maintenance team, in coordination with plant management
• Responsibility for efficient and quality-conscious maintenance
• Coordination and liaison with production and external maintenance companies
• Responsible personnel management
• Project coordination
• Active participation in maintenance / servicing work / troubleshooting

Your profile

• A successfully completed basic electrical training
• Several years of professional experience in electrical maintenance or a similar position
• Solid PLC knowledge, preferably TIA Portal
• Experience in leading employees
• Good command of German
• Good technical understanding
• Motivation, coordination skills and assertiveness
• Strong identification with the company
