About the job
As a hair stylist, you ensure the professional execution of services while considering the individual guest wishes. This also includes
- Care of regular and walk-in customers (hotel guests) throughout the entire service process; from consultation to implementation in the areas of cut, color, and styling
- Consultation and sale of exclusive hair care and styling products
- Careful cash management and accounting in daily business
- Support in the reception area as well as organization and maintenance of appointment scheduling
- Confident and solution-oriented handling of demanding guest feedback
You have completed training as a hairdresser EFZ and bring several years of professional experience in a demanding, ideally luxurious salon environment. Additionally, you bring
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, other languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of common PC applications and reservation systems
- Strong passion for high-quality products, excellent styling, and a fine sense for aesthetics and trends
- Independent, structured, and organized working style with high quality standards
- Respectful and discreet interaction with guests as well as a solution-oriented attitude
