Our three consultation centres are the central service providers within the surgery department. In a total of 25 examination rooms, patients from various surgical clinics and other outpatient areas are cared for. For the consultation centres, we are looking for a committed, service- and solution-oriented individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
You will have the opportunity to contribute your professional and personal qualities in a diverse and interesting working environment together with our small, motivated team. Who we are
Your tasks
- Together with your team members, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the consultation centre
- Reception and care of patients in the specialist and private consultations
- Recording and managing patient data as well as coordinating preliminary examinations
- Organisation, replenishment and ordering of medical supplies and medications
- Administrative support of patients and active participation in process optimisations
- Introduction of new employees
Your profile
- You have training as a receptionist or a similar professional background
- Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare
- A patient-oriented approach is natural for you
- You are an organisational talent and always keep an overview
- You have a reliable and precise working style as well as good IT application skills
- You have very good German skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- You enjoy rotating between the three consultation centres
- You are an empathetic, committed and solution-oriented personality
