Housekeeping Specialist with Additional Responsibility (a) 80%

YOUR TASKS

• You actively contribute to the housekeeping team and at the same time take on the professional leadership of the 3-person team in the operating theatre cleaning
• You are deployed in all areas from basic, intermediate to isolation cleaning
• You accompany new employees during their induction, conduct instructions and pass on your knowledge in training sessions
• You ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations and quality guidelines
• With your eye for detail, you help ensure that patients, employees and visitors feel comfortable in a clean, safe environment

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ, Hotel Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in maintenance and basic cleaning – ideally also in the operating theatre area
• You are team-oriented, communicative and able to motivate others
• Empathy, a sense of responsibility and flexibility complete your profile
• You are open to early and late shifts, holiday cover and weekend work
• Very good German skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage
