An Administrative Front/Back Office Assistant for the Rental Service 2026/2027
To complete the staff of its real estate agency Imalp Thyon SA for the winter season 2026/2027, Télé-Thyon SA is looking for:
Your tasks:
- Welcoming clients, check-in and check-out
- Management of back & front office
- Handling and processing client and owner requests by email and phone
- Updating and optimising the descriptions of our managed properties
- Creation, sending and follow-up of rental offers and contracts
- Monitoring and preparing Saturday arrivals
- Coordination and administrative follow-up of repairs to be carried out in managed properties in collaboration with the technical manager
Your profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC, higher education or training in the tourism sector
- Fluency in French as well as German or English (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of common IT tools (Citi programme is a real asset)
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of priorities and customer orientation
- Dynamic, flexible and proactive personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours, especially on Saturdays
- Strong team spirit
- Interest in the mountains and winter sports
