Type of Work

• You manage the entire monthly payroll processing, from preparation to completion
• You handle social insurances, withholding tax and year-end declarations confidently
• You support employees during entries and exits and maintain all changes
• You process accident and illness cases together with insurers and authorities
• You keep an eye on time management and absence data and keep them up to date
• A question about salary? Employees and managers turn to you with confidence
• You actively develop national and international HR and payroll processes
• You create statistics, evaluations and reports clearly and reliably

Requirements Profile

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in HR, payroll or social insurances
• You are familiar with payroll processing from your experience
• You are confident in social insurance, labour and payroll matters
• You use ERP and payroll systems routinely, ideally Abacus
• Your German is stylistically secure, and you communicate well in English and French
