To meet the growing demand for electrically powered buses, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Development Engineer E/E Systems in the Operations area for the R&D E/E Systems team.

Do you have a flair for vehicles and are fascinated by the interplay of mechanics and electronics? The implementation of the onboard network with the latest information and camera systems, networks, infotainment, HMI and M2M interfaces as well as the programming of the individual components have a great influence on the functions of the vehicle. In this challenge, you use your expertise daily to move thousands of people safely, comfortably and sustainably with electromobility in public transport. Your Tasks

• Partial project management in the area of E/E systems for new vehicles and retrofits
• Coordination and technical support of change management
• Integration of customer systems: networks, control systems, video surveillance systems, etc.
• Creation and modification of electrical circuit diagrams and parts lists with ECAD
• Support and commissioning of customer systems in production including documentation
• Contact person for the production site in Portugal on technical topics in the area of E/E

Our Requirements

• Technical basic training in the field of electrical/electronics
• Further education at HF or FH level in automotive engineering / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering or a similar field
• Knowledge in creating electrical circuit diagrams with ECAD
• Confident German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
• Passion for vehicles and interest in electromobility
