As a Case Officer Cybercrime, you fight on the front line against cybercrime. Your tasks include receiving reports, collecting latent digital traces, and initiating information requests to telecommunications providers, banks, and other institutions. You gather and analyse the findings and prepare them for further investigations. This demanding role offers you the opportunity to fully apply your organisational talent, structured working style, accuracy, and affinity for digital topics.
Your tasks
- Receiving cybercrime reports
- Initiating and conducting police investigations in the field of cybercrime
- Processing cybercrime cases
Your profile
- Completion of police training is a great advantage
- Completion of commercial training, media technician, IT or similar qualification
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- High customer orientation with good contact and communication skills
- Very high resilience, able to handle multiple cases simultaneously without losing overview
- High IT affinity and knowledge in the field of cybercrime are advantageous
- Reliability, discretion, strong sense of duty and impeccable reputation
- Ability to use IT tools and efficient working methods
- Foreign language skills are a great advantage
