To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Specialist Broker Support Insurance. With your know-how and commitment, you support our customer advisory and ensure reliable service in day-to-day business. Your tasks

• You support our brokers in the care and advice of private and corporate clients.
• You process insurance applications, check policies and coordinate contract changes as well as cancellations.
• You obtain quotes, compare coverages, benefits and premiums and prepare decision-making bases for customer advice.
• You clarify enquiries with insurance companies and customers and keep an eye on open issues and deadlines.
• You maintain customer and contract data in the CRM and ensure complete, comprehensible documentation.
• You support claims processing – from reporting the claim to coordinating the documents to follow-up with the insurance companies.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector.
• You have professional experience in the insurance field, preferably in the internal service of an insurer or insurance broker.
• You know the Swiss insurance products for private and corporate clients and can clearly classify coverages and benefits.
• You work independently, structured and carefully and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
• You communicate clearly and friendly, enjoy customer contact and like working in a team.
• You are confident in using MS Office; experience with CRM or broker management systems is an advantage.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills are a plus.
