To strengthen our team in Urdorf, we are looking for a sales-strong, customer-oriented and committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
YOUR TASKS:
- Competent advice and support of our B2B customers by telephone and e-mail.
- Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Development and implementation of customised packaging solutions for our customers.
- Processing of packaging projects as well as coordination of individual customer enquiries directly with our suppliers.
- Accompanying the entire value chain – from requirements analysis through procurement to timely delivery.
- Preparation of offers, calculations and management of framework agreements.
- Close cooperation with the purchasing, warehouse and logistics departments to ensure optimal customer solutions.
- Assumption of administrative tasks throughout the entire sales process.
YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- You are enthusiastic, convincing and determined and enjoy active customer contact.
- You work independently, organised and proactively.
- Ideally, you have experience in the packaging industry and are familiar with products such as cartons, adhesive tapes, films or other packaging solutions.
- You enjoy technical consulting and know how to develop suitable solutions for different customer requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of French is a plus.
