Role:
Good IT is created where technology and everyday customer life fit together. It is exactly at this interface that you, as a Cloud System Engineer, start and drive projects around Microsoft 365 (M365) and Microsoft Azure. Whether pure cloud, local servers, or hybrid architecture: for every starting point, you find the right way. With your experience, you design solutions that really work in operation.
Responsibilities:
You implement ICT projects in the Microsoft environment from conception to handover
In complex faults at 2nd and 3rd level, you are the experienced contact point
You configure networks and firewalls and ensure stable operation
Additionally, you introduce telephony with Microsoft Teams, which you then support
As a technical contact, you are in direct communication with customers and translate their requirements into practical solutions
Furthermore, you build cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures and develop them purposefully
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in system technology or as an IT technician
You confidently use Exchange, SharePoint, and the collaboration functions of M365
You are familiar with compute, identity, and networking in the Microsoft cloud and have already worked with Azure Virtual Desktop
Switches, WLAN, routing, and VPN are familiar terrain for you
You approach challenges in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner and appreciate direct contact with customers
Additionally, experience with Teams telephony or other VoIP systems, Microsoft or network certificates, as well as projects in small and medium-sized enterprises, is a clear plus
